    AR-15 Accessories

1/8/2009 10:25:31 PM pepperbelly: txharleyrider: oif19: TXMark: At the risk of being subjected to a lot of flame or other discourse I would offer an old saying…understanding that Texas laws are generaly on the side of carry….. You can beat the rap but you can’t beat the ride. Technically you can carry a shotgun or rifle on your shoulder while walking in downtown Houston and not being in violation of the law…as long as your intentions are not “to incite/alarm”??? I need TexasInvestigator to help eith the exact verbage….but don’t expect to not have people…sheeple…alarmed and upset, and likewise do not expect the law to not question your intentions. That’s how I look at it. I carry where legal and keep a very low profile. I want to be prepared and able to avoid/dismiss trouble at all costs, but I do not intend to walk downtown with my AR-15 Accessoriesover my shoulder…nor do I carry lots of weapons and ammo in my car looking for an opportunity to discharge them. Still…don’t fuck with me or my family? Mark Interesting. I think I might carry downtown one day with the “intention of educating the sheeple to not be alarmed.” I’ve thought about putting a gun rack in my truck and putting in theAR-15 Accessories and AK just to see how people react. Wonder how many would call 911? That’s mainly why I haven’t done it, don’t really want to hassel with the popo. A lot of us older guys used to have gun racks in our trucks. We stopped only because it invited theft, not because the law was after us. Jim Ditto on this. I used to carry my 870 12 gauge on the rear window rack of my ’69 F100 through high school. Of course, that was many years ago. Back then, Texas was populated by mostly Texans. We weren’t worried about theft, or sheeple being offended. Boy, have things changed… SniperKage 1/9/2009 12:12:44 AM txharleyrider: I’ve thought about putting a gun rack in my truck and putting in theAR-15 Accessories and AK just to see how people react. Aimpoint Micro

I 4/14/2012 7:21:03 PM I got mine about 2-3 weeks ago and it shipped immediately. I called them though. That is the best route to go I have discovered. They are one busy place, but great to deal with. Call them before ordering if part is needed quickly. ETA- You will love the T1. I have tried a bunch of RDS over the years and was never really able to hit as well as I thought I should. For whatever reason, the T1 is super easy for me to shoot tight groups and hit smaller targets than with irons. GREAT optic. fatboyR6 4/14/2012 7:29:09 PM Thanks man. I’m glad you were nice about it. That thread that you sent me the link to is full of people dogging each other about crying about waiting for this backorder. I guess I better delete this post because I’m sure trolls will hit it soon. Thanks again. fatboyR6 4/14/2012 7:34:12 PM jmt1271: I got mine about 2-3 weeks ago and it shipped immediately. I have ordered many items from them in the past and never have to call first but I guess that was years ago. Seems like they’re too big for their own website. Lol I have been dying for a 2MOA Aimpoint Micro. I have the PRO with the 2 moa dot and love it. I can’t see me going back to any bigger of a dot then a 2 moa Thanks for the heads up on LaRue jmt1271
